Get Support

If you are seriously concerned about the mental health or safety of someone you love, you can start by providing the essential information about what has been happening and the support you are looking for.

We’re Here to Help You Find the
Right Next Step

Start by Telling Us What’s Happening

You do not need to prepare a complete case file before contacting us. We will explain what additional information may be relevant as the process progresses.

Important: Carol’s Law provides non-clinical family advocacy and referral support.

Need urgent help? Carol’s Law is not an emergency or crisis service. If someone is in immediate danger or there is a serious risk to life, call 999 or go to A&E.
